Hopalo offers free shipping on orders of $100 and more shipped to Canada.

Orders are shipped within 2 business days following the order.

Returns & Exchanges

You can exchange items purchased online by mail within fifteen (15) days of the receipt date of your order, provided that the merchandise is returned in its original condition, that is to say, unwashed, unworn, unaltered, with its price tag and in its original packaging. No refunds are issued.

A defective item purchased online will be exchanged at no cost by Hopalo Inc. within fifteen (15) days of the receipt date of your order, provided that the merchandise is returned in its original condition, that is to say, unwashed, unworn, unaltered, with its price tag and in its original packaging. The shipping costs for returning a defective product will be paid by Hopalo Inc. The new item will be sent back to you by Hopalo Inc. at no shipping and handling cost.

For each exchange request by mail, you must complete the EXCHANGE FORM. Hopalo Inc. will send you a return label by email that you must print and affix to the return package, which must be dropped off at a Canada Post counter or another method used by Hopalo Inc. Hopalo will not reimburse any shipping costs if you return a package in any manner other than this.

For an exchange, we will contact you again to confirm the availability or not of the desired item as well as the details regarding the shipping of this new item. The exchanged item will be shipped at no shipping and handling cost. Using the original online payment method, Hopalo Inc. will charge the amount for the new merchandise and credit the amount you are entitled to upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

Hopalo Inc. does not accept returns on any item reduced by 50% or considered final sale.

Please note that purchases made in-store must be exchanged or refunded in-store. No exchanges or refunds will be processed by mail.
