Refund policy

You may exchange items purchased online by mail within fifteen (15) days of the date of receipt of your order provided that the merchandise is returned in its original condition, i.e. unwashed, unworn, unaltered, with its price tag and in its original packaging. No refund will be made.

A defective item purchased online will be exchanged free of charge by Hopalo Inc. within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of your order provided that the merchandise is returned in its original condition, i.e. unwashed, unworn, unaltered, with its price tag and in its original packaging. Shipping costs for the return of a defective product will be paid by Hopalo Inc. The new item will be returned to you by Hopalo Inc. without shipping and handling charges.

For each exchange request by mail, you must complete the EXCHANGE FORM. Hopalo Inc. will email you a return label that you must print and affix to the return package, which must be dropped off at a Canada Post outlet or other means used by Hopalo Inc. Hopalo Inc. will not refund any shipping costs if you return a package in any other way.

For an exchange, we will contact you again to confirm the availability or not of the desired item as well as the details concerning the shipping of the new item. The exchanged item will be shipped without shipping and handling charges. Using the original online payment method, Hopalo Inc. will debit the amount for the new merchandise and credit the amount you are entitled to upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

Hopalo Inc. will not accept returns on any item reduced to 50% or considered a final sale.

Please note that purchases made in store must be exchanged or refunded in store. No exchanges or refunds will be processed by mail.

Order cancellation or modification

If you wish to cancel or modify your order after the transaction has been completed, you must contact us as soon as possible by email at info@hopalo.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. Please see our exchange or return policy for more information.

Please note that if you cancel an item that has qualified for a special promotion or discount, you may no longer be eligible for that promotion or discount.

A bill will be sent to the email address provided at the time of the order. A summary of our terms and conditions for your online purchase will be included. A bill will also be included in the shipping package. If the name and shipping address are different from the name and billing address, a gift invoice (invoice without price) will be included in the shipping package.
